John Albert

An accomplished graduate of both the University of Central Florida and The University of Miami School of Law, John Albert’s passion, motivation, and burgeoning knowledge of growing his legal career have always been paramount to his success.

Mr. Albert, a respected member of the Brevard County Bar Association and The Florida Bar Association, has been practicing law for over twenty-five years. He possesses the qualities and skills that define an accomplished and skilled attorney.

He got his start in his legal career in the Misdemeanor Division at The State Attorney’s Office, handling numerous DUI, Battery, and Theft cases. Soon thereafter, Mr. Albert was promoted to the Felony Division, ahead of more senior attorneys, where he held primary responsibility and led cases involving Drug Possession, Drug Trafficking, Weapons Offenses, and Homicides.

Years later, as a Defense Attorney and Managing Partner of a private practice, Mr. Albert began defending the rights of his community’s members. Handling many criminal and family cases gave Mr. Albert the experience and expertise to consistently perform at his best and yield favorable results for his clients. Michael Donnelly

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Michael served in the U.S. Air Force, where he was granted a top-secret clearance and trained as an aircraft armament systems technician.
